Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid two orders passed in the writ petition and the L.P.A.
The State Government should take steps in the light
Patna High Court CWJC No.12457 of 2017 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 of the aforesaide two judgments and redress the grievances of the petitioner herein.
