The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R. No. 5299 of 2019 arising out of Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that there is specific overt act attributed to accused Raju Sao and not against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act alleged against him, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5042 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with G.R.
