The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 593 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have stolen the tractor of the informant.

The petitioner stays next door and only on suspicion, he has been named by the informant. There has not been any recovery from him.

Considering the aforenoted aspect of the matter, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

No.17658 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 593 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
