The statement of the victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that this petitioner took her to Gulab Bagh where he handed her over to one, Jahirul and the aforesaid Jahirul boarded her in a bus, proceeding to Bengal from where, the victim was brought by the police. Admittedly, the co-accused, Jahirul has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 03-10-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24338 of 2013. Accordingly, the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
