The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Konch P.S.case No.3 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 120B , 353, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 fo the CLA Act.

There is recovery of explosive substances from the house of one Ramjan Mian and he disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Ramjan Mian has been granted bail and considering the same one co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 17.1.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80105 of 2019. Petitioner has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.Case No.03 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
