2. This petition has been preferred for restoration of order dated 24.09.2019 which was dismissed as a whole on the ground that it has already been dismissed on 02.08.2019 against the contesting parties.

3. The short order read as follows:- " This writ petition has already been dismissed against the contesting respondents on

Patna High Court MJC No.280 of 2020(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 02.08.2019.

In this view of the fact, this writ petition is dismissed as a whole."

4. In view of the fact that the order has come to be passed on the ground of dismissal of the petition against contesting respondents on 02.08.2019 for which the petitioner has not made any petition, no relief can be extended to the petitioner.

5. M.J.C. No. 280 of 2020 stands dismissed.
