The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 65/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370(1), 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code and 6/8 of the POCSO Act and 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of I. T. P. Act.

The name of the petitioner is not figured in the FIR but later on arrested ladies disclosed the name of the petitioner. No body supported the indulgence of the petitioner in prostitution. Similarly situated coaccused have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ I, Jehanabad, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 65/2015.
