JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-03-2018 Inter alia contending that there is encroachment in the public land in Khata No.17, Khesara No.1101 situated at Village-Shivnagar and in spite of representations, encroachment by respondent no.6 is not being removed, this petition has been filed in public interest.
If that be so, petitioner is directed to file a certified copy of this order along with relevant document and a detailed representation seeking removal of encroachment before respondent no.5 and the respondent no.5 shall register the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.5060 of 2018(2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 as an encroachment case under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and proceed to remove the encroachment in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within a period of six months.
