The petitioner seeks bail in East Colony P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for robbery of his mobile, purse, passbook and identity card of Indian Railway. It is submitted that the house of the petitioner was searched and many articles were recovered. It appears from the seizure list itself that these articles are of common use. One mobile said to have been looted has also been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The room is common for all the family members where the recovery was made. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38247 of 2014 (4) dt.21-01-2015 since 22.02.2013 and the petitioner was not put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013.
