The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of demanding Rs. 1,50,000/- from the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner white washed the house of the informant and there was dispute in respect to the payment of the due amount. The petitioner is a daily wages earner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38598 of 2015 (7) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Brahampur P.S.csase No. 149 of 2015.
