The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.567 of 2019 registered under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the informant himself says that the petitioner and two others committed theft of his motorcycle at 3 a.m. on 04.10.2019, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
