The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners in collusion with other co-accused persons got a sale deed registered through a fake and imposter person Deepak Kumar Roy by giving false address and false mobile number. It is submitted that petitioners are the bona fide purchasers and after payment of due consideration money to Deepak Kumar Roy sale deed was registered. Moreover, it is

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that dispute is of purely civil in nature, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Nagar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
