Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that none sustained firearm injury in the alleged occurrence and the arms were produced before the police by the private persons, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014.
