JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not challenging the impugned order in view of the fact that the evidence of the plaintiff has already been closed and 2-3 witnesses have already been examined on behalf of the defendants. Accordingly, the submission is that the learned Trial Court may be directed to dispose Title Suit No. 76 of 2010 within a reasonable time. Twelve years have already lapsed and the plaintiffs' witnesses have already been examined and the

In view of the aforesaid, learned Trial Court is directed to dispose Title Suit No. 76 of 2010 on its own merit expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is further clarified that the learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjourment(s) to either parties. This application is disposed with the aforesaid observation and direction.
