2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On account of land dispute, on the alleged date of occurrence, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner assaulted informant with Lathi and Pasuli.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is counter blast of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 423 of 2019, in which, co-accused Binod Chaudhary is informant. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. The injury, allegedly caused by petitioner, is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
