Admittedly, case was registered against unknown persons but in course of investigation, son of the deceased came at the police station and identified dead body and furthermore, disclosed that prior to recovery of dead body, deceased was taken away by the petitioner and some others and except the aforesaid circumstance, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Hisua P.S. Case no. 163/2012.
