The petitioner seeks bail in Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 35/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22 of NDPS Act and 25(1B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Huge quantity of ganja was recovered from the house of Ramashish Singh. One motorcycle was found in front of Darwaja of Ramashish Singh. From the dicky of the motorcycle 650 gm of ganja was recovered. The petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle. Small quantity of ganja was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. He is in jail since 21.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Madhubani, in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 35/2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
