Heard the parties.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(I-b)A, 26,35 Arms Act.
One pistol and two live cartridges were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and two others were apprehended on suspicion that they and others were going to commit dacoity. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2019. Investigation of the case is complete. However, petitioner has got three criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5526 of 2020(4) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 Sahebganj P.S.Case No.341 of 2019 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. 1st (West) -cum-Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur. Hence, prayer is refused.
However, petitioner may renew prayer for bail after framing of the charges.
