The writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the authorities to pay Rs. 3,91,189/- as admissible Provident Fund, with statutory interest.

Learned counsel for the State submits, that as per his telephonic instructions from respondent no. 10, authority has been issued of the amount and sent to the concerned Treasury Officer for

Patna High Court CWJC No.12185 of 2016 dt.17-09-2016 2/2 payment, on 27.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no information with regard to payment.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 7, 9 and 10 to ensure that the Provident Fund amount of the petitioner is paid to her, with up-todate statutory interest, if not already paid, within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.
