The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.76 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Section 435 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.04.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year and four moths.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38623 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in the above noted case.
