The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 386, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The co-accused confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner and others. Similarly situated accused Mukesh Singh and Mantu Srivastava have already been granted bail by this court. Some of the co-accused have been granted bail by the learned court below.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40782 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Motihari in Tr.
