JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application by petitioner a citizen of India for issuance of writ of certiorari or any other writ/order/direction directing the respondent authorities to maintain law and order situation and to protect the right of petitioner as per facts recorded in the Government record of right and considering the materials on record as well as documents of right, title, interest and possession of petitioner as per government record and to restrain Respondent No.8 from interfering in peaceful possession of petitioner and for grant of any other suitable relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law.
