2. The petitioner wants a direction upon the respondent to enter the name on 9 decimals of land which he claims to be ancestral property.

Learned State Counsel pointed out that originally it was recorded in the name of Laxman Mahto and Jung Bahadur Mahto, the two brothers, the petitioner is just son of Jung Bahadur Mahto and further connecting documents show that the father of the petitioner was blessed with four sons, in that background, it is not clear how many heirs are there to the 9

4. The petitioner who has come here alone and not even made the other claimants either the petitioner or the party respondent second set, submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority alongwith the petition/supporting documents and the list of the heirs so that an appropriate order is passed in accordance with law.

5. Granting the said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
