2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46516 of 2024, with observation that, if so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that more than six months have elapsed. The petitioner is under custody since 16.03.2024.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2024, subject to the following condition that
