The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "LARRA"), Munger.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition and file an appropriate application before the "LARRA", Munger.
Permission is granted.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12990 of 2017(7) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the "LARRA" Munger, within six weeks from today and, thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its own merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of by the concerned "LARRA" within three months from the date of filing of the application by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties. Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA" concerned.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
