1. Heard the parties.
2. Admittedly, the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority passed an order dated 01.09.2015 and no appeal
Patna High Court CWJC No.6423 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 was preferred against the said order before the State Appellate Authority.
3. The writ petition has been filed now by one of the members of the Selection Committee stating that he was not called for and the selection was conducted behind his back. He has not placed on record any documents to show whether he was member of the Selection Committee.
4. That apart the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority dated 01.09.2015 has not been challenged in any superior Court or before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, the present writ petition would not lie directly to this Court.
5. Directions prayed by learned counsel to allow the petitioner to now file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority is also not made out as the locus of the petitioner to challenge the order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority is not made out.
