2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 447, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court, as such petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail in the light of decisions of the Supreme Court in the case of (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2 SCC 17 and Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955) as also latest decision of Supreme Court in the case of State of Haryana vs. Dharamraj in (2023) 17 S.C.C. 510.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is dismissed, as same is not maintainable.
