The petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that all the accused persons assaulted the son of informant as a result of which he became severely injured and died during course of treatment. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 22.08.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6494 of 2022(3) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.
