JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 The petitioner filed a petition for modification of the order dated 10.08.2015 by which the petitioner was granted bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that the court is vacant and the charge has not been framed.

The petitioner may pray before the learned Sessions Judge to transfer the case to other court from the vacant court so that the charge may be framed expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations this modification petition is disposed of.
