3. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submitted that identical matter decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 16.07.2018 in LPA No. 485 of 2018 is similar to that of the present LPA. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 517 of 2018 stands disposed of in terms of order dated 16.07.2018 passed in LPA No. 485 of 2018 arising out of CWJC No. 12889 of 2017.
