There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave repeated blow on the head of the injured- Sarwan Thakur whereas rest two injured were assaulted by other accused. Injured- Sarwan Thakur appears to have sustained six injuries, out of them five injuries were found simple in nature and opinion regarding one injury was kept reserved. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Pandaul P.S. Case no. 98/2015.
