1. This Court has passed an oral order on 07.07.2025, which reads as follows:- "The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to amend prayer portion of the Writ petition with respect to the challenge against the tax imposed by the Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC). List on 14.07.2025."

2. On 14.07.2025, this Court has passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.14232 of 2017(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/3 following orders:- "At the request of the Learned counsel for the petitioner, as a last indulgence for filing Interlocutory Application for amendment of prayer, list on 21.07.2025."

3. It is pertinent to mention that the Writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the letter no. 8626 dated 01.09.2017 issued by the 4th respondent whereby the petitioner was directed to remove such advertisement and hoardings as indicated in the enclosed list which have been put up without permission of the Patna Municipal Corporation and without a valid license/permission issued by Patna Municipal Corporation and further, the petitioner was directed to remove such advertisement/hoardings within 10 days and pay a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14232 of 2017(4) dt.23-07-2025 3/3 fine of Rs. 50,000/- per Advertisement/Hoarding to the Patna Municipal Corporation.

4. Inspite of posting the matter as a last indulgence, for filing Interlocutory Application for amendment of prayer, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning session and even after lunch, therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
