2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged by the informant that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with co-accused Vijay Kumar in the year 2015 and after the marriage, all the accused persons started harassing her due to non-fulfillment of demand of 4-wheeler, as dowry. It is further alleged that on 07.10.2024 at 9.10 A.M. the informant got an information that his daughter is in critical

No.5534 of 2025(2) dt.25-02-2025 2/3 condition, upon which, he went to matrimonial house of his daughter and came to know that his daughter has been murdered and her dead body has been disappeared. The informant has firm belief that his daughter has been killed by all the accused persons, including petitioners, for dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is unmarried sister-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 & 3 are brothers-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioners. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 340 of 2024,
