The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner no.1 Sakindra Yadav assaulted the husband of the informant by means of garasa with an intention to kill him and the petitioner no.2 Naresh Yadav assaulted the son of the informant by means of sword and they also assaulted the informant due to which she sustained injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5632 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail on behalf of the petitioners is rejected.
