Taking into consideration that one cartridge and one mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he had assembled to make preparation for committing crime, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 276 of 2015.
