The present petition has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directors to the respondent authority to make payment the admitted amount with compound interest in against the acquire of the land of petitioner bearing Khata No. 54, Khesra No. 1396 measuring area 20 dec. for the purpose of construction of Canal (Simri Up Vitarni).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be preferring a petition before the respondent nos. 2 and 3, namely the District Magistrate, Madhubani as also the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.6642 of 2018(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani for the redressal of his grievance.

4. This Court finds that different annexures show that he has already preferred petition before the concerned authority but it seems that no order has been passed.

5. In view of the said fair submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it would be appropriate that he prefers petition within four weeks from today before the concerned respondents, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of six months thereafter.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
