The present writ application has been filed by the petitioners for following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan of Kushmaha Gram Panchayat, situated at Amarpur Block, District- Banka at the selected place by AAM SABHA

Patna High Court CWJC No.2534 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 conducted for the said purpose, plot situated at Moja-Pathki, Thana No.

215, Khata No. 39, Khesra No. 65 and nature of the land as per khatiyan is Gairmajarua Khas and N.O.C. has already been granted by the Circle Officer, Amarpur as required before construction."

3. The petitioners may raise their grievance before the District Magistrate, Banka.
