Admittedly, victim of the present case is none else but sonin-law of the petitioner and furthermore, it is admitted position that relation of victim with his wife was strained and prior to institution of this case, criminal case had been lodged against the victim. Moreover, victim has already returned to his home and his statement has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which victim, specifically, stated that he was kidnapped by three unknown persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S.
