JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed by the petitioner in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice dated 29.07.2016 vide D.B.No. 1494, issued from the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Madhepura by which directed to the petitioner to remove the encroachment from the (public place), Khesra No.935 measuring 140 square feet."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13905 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
