Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.02.2020. It is submitted that till date out of five chargesheeted witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined and only victim is to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
