The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Ashok Paper Mill Case No. 239 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 and 201 of the IPC were added.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37337 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 16.02.2024, a status report has been received dated 24.02.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11452 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
