Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University long back and the same has not been disposed of till date. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has superannuated on 31.12.2019 and is moving from pillar to post for payment of his admitted dues.

Considering the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, as well as, the grievance of the petitioner, who claims that his dues has not been paid, I find it proper to direct the Registrar of the University to call for the service particulars relating to the petitioner and all the governing circulars, applicable in the case of the petitioner and verify, as to whether, the petitioner is entitled for the benefit(s) of the Sixth Pay Scale and the Seventh UGC pay Scale and other relief(s) applicable to the employees of the University, from time to time and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, well within a period of six weeks, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
