2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner no. 1 is head mistress of the school and petitioner no. 2 her husband is also a teacher of that school. As per allegation, they denied to provide the rectified Transfer Certificate to the informant and assaulted and outraged her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and has falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact, the informant was asserting pressure on them to issue false and fabricated transfer certificate to which they denied and that was the reason they were falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Jhanjharpur at Madhubani, in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
