Petitioner No. 1 happens to be Gotani whereas; petitioner No. 2 happens to be mother-in-law of deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against them. Moreover, father of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya.
