Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No.152 of 2020.

As per the FIR, some dispute took place between both the parties as the goat of the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and consumed the meal prepared. The specific allegation against petitioner no.1 that he assaulted the informant Shibu Yadav and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 assaulted Saroj Devi on her head. The description of the injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18047 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 has been given in the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Gaya in his order dated 08.01.2021. The injury on the informant Shibu Yadav was found simple in nature, which is attributed to petitioner no.1 and injuries of Saroj Devi were dangerous to life and these injuries have been attributed to petitioner nos. 2 and 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and nature of injuries, prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is rejected.

So far as petitioner no.1 Janardan Yadav is concerned, let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vijayant Singh, the learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No. 152 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
