The petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case no. 396/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The informant made allegation that Rakesh Manjhi established physical relation with her on the pretext of marriage but later on demand of dowry was made and he refused to marry. The petitioner is the father of Rakesh Manjhi.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 396/2013.
