JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 At the outset, Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently this application under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed. He contended that, as a matter of fact, an appropriate application for recall/review of the order dated 30.01.2017 passed in CWJC No.12491 of 2015 should have been filed. He sought leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate application for recall/review of the aforesaid order dated 30.01.2017.
Patna High Court MJC No.2712 of 2017(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Leave is granted.
