The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR but no specific allegation of assault is made against him. Mahendra Pandit and Fakira Pandit are said to have received injuries. There is a counter version. From the side of petitioner also many persons got injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri U. K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Khaira P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015.
