JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 322 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners assaulted the informant's father by different weapons and admittedly, the informant's father died in course of his treatment.

Regard being had to the above stated facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not
