The petitioner seeks bail in Teghra P.S. Case No. 300 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on, sections 302, 212, 115, 120(B) IPC. As per the prosecution, FIR named accused persons fired upon Ashok Kumar Yadav causing his death. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Gopal Kumar @ Golu. Only material that has come against this petitioner is that co-accused Gopal Kumar @ Golu also visited the house of this petitioner while fleeing. Petitioner is in custody since

Case No. 300 of 2021.
